A wonderful place to stay in Marrakesh, warm and friendly, informative hosts, lovely breakfast. Enjoyed dinner on our first evening. Good location only a short walk to Jemaa el fna and other attractions. Lovely room , very quiet and peaceful.

We stayed at the Riad Al Badia last October and were not disappointed. This beautiful Riad run by Laurent and his team exceeded all our expectations from arrival. It is the most stunning place set in the quiet back streets of Marrakech. The first evening we opted to eat a meal there and it was one of the finest eating experiences we have ever had. All the staff are very kind and attentive and Laurent a font of local knowledge and we could feel his enthusiasm for the country and the city. He spent a lot of time helping us with places to visit and eat and even took us to the taxi car when we left. Our room was quiet and cleaned every day and had all the amenities of a 4 star hotel but with a lot more personal touches. We arrived as strangers and felt we left as friends and family. We can't thank you all enough and would highly recommend the Riad Al Badia to anyone who wants to visit Marrackeh. Well done to you all

Before selecting to stay at Riad Al Badia, we also looked at other Riad's in Marrakech which were slightly cheaper although due to the glowing reviews, we made the decision to spend a little extra and book here.It absolutely did not disappoint, whilst the Riad itself is beautiful, Laurent and his staff were incredible throughout our stay, continually going above and beyond for us.On arrival, Laurent sat with us for 15-20 minutes, giving us a great overview of the local area, places he recommended that we visit and what to expect in and around Marrakech. This made us instantly feel at home.When we were looking to arrange a quad biking experience in the area, we needed to borrow a phone to book in advance and arrange pickup. When we asked at the Riad to borrow a phone to make a call, Laurent himself called on our behalf and made sure that the driver knew the best location to collect us.Prior to our final day, we asked about when check-out time at the property was and if we would be able to leave our luggage as we had an evening flight out of Marrakech. Instead, we were allowed to keep the room until our departure so that we had additional time to pack and shower before leaving. Overall, I do not think we could have had a better experience by staying anywhere else in Marrakech and I would love to return one day.

I stayed at Riad al Badia in February 2020 with my mother and it honestly is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Laurent is extremely hospitable and helpful - always made sure our stay was perfect. Also the cleaning staff was very sweet, always smiling. We felt very welcome there. We had one dinner at the Riad and it was SO delicious! I am vegan and it was not a problem.The riad is in a quieter part of the city, but everything is within walking distance.

Look no further, Riad Al Badia is the place to book, please trust me and you will not be disappointed! Danielle (my partner) and I stayed at Riad Al Badia 14th - 17th April and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotels and experiences I have had. We were picked up from the airport and walked to our Riad by the driver. We were greeted at the door by Youssef, Asma and team, where they gave us fresh mint tea, and explained the do and dont's of the city as well as went through a map of the city. Youssef went one step further on our first night and walked us to the main square so we didn't get lost.The Riad was very clean, and made us feel at home. It smelt amazing and was so peaceful, exactly what you need when out in the souks all day. The bedroom was always cleaned and breakfast was amazing, 10/10. We also had dinner at the Riad which was so fresh, tasty and impeccable service. Nothing was too little or too small for the team. If we had an issue, they resolved it. If we had a question, they resolved it. If we didn't have a smile on our face, they resolved it. Such great people and honestly they are all a credit to this Riad. If it was not for the people delivering such a great service, our experience would not have been the same.We wish Riad Al Badia and the staff all the best, and really hope to meet you all again when we come back to stay in Marrakesh. We have had the most amazing holiday in Marrakech. I haven't been to Marrakech before and wasn't sure what to expect. Upon arrival at Riad Al Badia we were welcomed by Laurent who explained the culture and geography of Marrakech. This welcome talk truly helped me to relax into the Marrakech way of life and to appreciate and enjoy all that we saw, particularly when we were in and around Jemaa el Fnaa, Marrakech is a very vibrant city but the moment we stepped through the door into our riad it was like stepping into another world, one of peace and tranquility. A real oasis in this wonderful city. The riad is stunning and even now when I think of it I am transported to that feeling of peace and callm. Laurent and all of his staff are incredible. They are there to ensure that your stay is as perfect as possible. The breakfasts were amazing, they kept us full all day long. We tended to get back to the riad around 4pm after a day of exploring, we spent time sitting with our feet in the pool, we spent afternoons and evenings on the top terrace. It was perfect. We ate in the riad on one occasion, it was beautiful. The food was delicious, the ambience deeply relaxing. I just loved it and definitely recommend it,Sometimes it is hard to find the words to explain a place, but for me the fact that I can still recreate that feeling of deep relaxation (having been back at work and in the midst of every day life) just by visualising myself being back speaks volumes.Thank you Laurent. You are the perfect host, and I thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful place to call home for a week.
